This quilt measures 48 X 50 inches. I used purple, blue, black, gold, and pink flora, fabrics in alternating squares. The color scheme gives the blanket a rich, luxurious feel. The backing is a navy blue plush. The result is a super soft, colorful, and comfy quilt! I long arm quilted it using a large swirls pattern. The batting is a polycotton mix for just a little loft as the cuddle fabric is almost enough. The binding is a matching white and rainbow floral print and was done by machine for strength a durability. I chose a navy blue thread running through it to match the top.
