This quilt features a large red poinsettia panel accented in metallic gold. There is a border of block to the left and below the panel. The blocks include squares and stars in red, green, white, and gold fabrics. The backing is red with metallic gold accents. The binding is black with holly berries, it was put on using a sewing machine for strength and durability. There are quilted swirls in gold thread covering the piece, which can be seen on both the front and the back. The final Christmas quilt measures 50 x 56 inches, making it perfect as a wall hanging or lap quilt.
The inside of the quilt is just as magical as the outside! It consists of a layer of polycotton batting sandwiched between layers of 100% cotton fabric, creating a thick and comfortable quilt. It is also heirloom quality!
