Fall Leaves and Red Truck Decorative Flour Sack Tea Towel

One of my favorite parts about the fall season is switching out my boring old kitchen decor for something seasonal and exciting. After spending so much time with the same towels surrounding me, I am beyond ready for a change of scenery. This towel was designed for people like me, who are ready to bring the autumn spirit into their home!

Although the appearance of a decorative kitchen towel is important, it also needs to be functional! This towel certainly meets the standards for being both a beautiful and useful tea towel. It consists of a white flour sack towel base that is folded over in order to hang off of any handled surface. The design on the towel was created by thoroughly ironing on metallic heat transfer vinyl. This vinyl is flexible and able to go through the washer as easily as any other tea towel. In the case of any vinyl pulling off the towel due to extended use, running an iron on the back of the towel should re-secure the vinyl without damaging the design. Ultimately, this makes the tea towel a quality, long-lasting piece that is sure to survive for autumn seasons to come! The measurements of the folded towel (as it is displayed in the photos) are approximately 15 inches long by 7.5 inches wide. The folding is done to highlight the center design, making it the ideal way to show the towel!

The towel design consists of the word "autumn" above a truck full of leaves. The words feature alternating metallic orange, gold, and green lettering. The truck features a metallic red truck body full of metallic orange, gold, green, and brown fall leaves. The metallic colors shine beautifully and add unique dimension to the design. I especially love how realistic the truck feels as it shines back at you! This combination of colors and shapes is intended to create a decor piece that embodies both the elegance and playfulness of autumn.
