Color Splash Art Quilt Throw/Lap/Wall, Rainbow Quilted Lap Blanket, Colorful Throw Quilt, Adult Quilted Gift, Red and Blue Wall Hanging

This quilt measures 43X43. I found it in a kit that is pieced together using a Stack and Whack method common in quilting. All of the fabrics were from the same line and have veins of metallic gold through them. I longarm quilted it using a King Tut thread called Chariots of Fire that has varying shades of red, yellow, and orange running through it. The pattern is a swirling feather that can be seen easily on the back in the last two pictures. The backing is a matching dark blue with metallic gold flecks in it. The binding around the outside edge is a marbled black to make it pop. (As if it needed that!) It was done by machine for strength and durability. The batting in the middle is Hobbs 80/20 for heirloom quality. This beautiful quilt would be great as a throw or a wall hanging to add sparkle to your home decor.
